Mission
Like many companies worldwide, COVID-19 shuttered the many live events that Salesforce regularly held year-round. After being forced to hold them virtually, they realized that they could significantly increase the attendance and performance of their events with a digital events platform to run live, virtual, and hybrid events. Leading up to its Dreamforce conference in 2021, Salesforce saw an even broader opportunity: a home to monetize all past, present, and future media content including events, original series, livestreamed keynotes, sessions and performances. Through collaborative workshops and the development of a full end-to-end prototype, we helped define the vision, roadmap, and logged-in experience for what would become Salesforce+.
